Caverne

The cave is a shelter. I’ve settled my flower-cells there just as one settles a family: huddled close together, sheltered from the outside world, in a half-light that offers more protection than it causes unease.

Growing up, forming bonds, parting ways, finding one another again. All this takes place in the darkness of a cave, and it’s very much like us.
