Fleur d’oranger

Two twisted stems soar towards a honey-coloured sky, strewn with petals carried away by the wind like confetti. I thought of the orange blossom for what it symbolises: renewal that returns every season, tirelessly. This landscape exists nowhere, except in my sketchbooks — but I like to believe it might grow somewhere, between dream and reality.
